About Clackamas Preschool Teacher/Owner

Education: Holly Vaughn has received a M.S. in Psychology, specializing in Child Development, to continue using the latest research for child-centered curriculum, as well as a B.A. in Elementary Education with endorsements in Early Childhood Education, Science, and K-8. She also has a B.S. in Science-Mathematics for Teaching.

Personal: Holly is a happy mother & wife!  She is patient, caring, and has the perfect disposition to lead the next generation of preschoolers.  Holly loves to oil paint and offers art studio classes to students, parents, and friends 1/mo.  She is excited you are interested in Clackamas Preschool and is looking foward to meeting you!

Experience: Holly has taught first grade, was a child care director for a large center, a child care resource & referral coordinator in higher education, and the owner/teacher of Miles of Smiles Early Learning for 13 years.  Holly creates curriculum blending the latest researched methods with the children's interests while often bringing in specialists for supplemental programs.
